I cannot say enough good things about Mia and Carley at South Beach Tanning! As a first-timer, I walked in with a million questions and more than a few insecurities, and they made the entire experience absolutely wonderful. Both Mia and Carley took the time to thoroughly explain the whole tanning process to me, answering every single question I had with genuine patience and kindness. What impressed me most was their attentiveness—even when another customer came in, they made sure to finish our conversation properly before politely helping the next person. I never once felt rushed or like I was being a burden. They created such a welcoming, judgment-free environment where I felt completely comfortable sharing my concerns. Staff is so friendly and knowledgeable! Everything is always clean and organized. The company always has great promotions for pretty much anything! I never feel nervous about asking a question they make you feel comfortable and for me that goes a long way!

Be careful joining the monthly membership. They make it very difficult to cancel and require a manager to do so who only works 10-4, when most of us work also. Was not given an email option to cancel until my daughter was charged the full amount after freezing her membership. Once they got the full money they then offered the ability to email and cancel. The representative who couldn’t help my daughter without a manager never told her cancellation by email was an option. Very misleading business. And they have expressed zero desire to make it right or apologize for the lack of information.

The girls are wonderful, friendly and helpful. The beds are very strong and the beds get the bulbs replaced often.
