A LADY NAMED PAM CHARGED ME 45 DOLLARS TO WASH MY HAIR SHAMPOO AND CONDITION....WHICH WAS STILL VERY DRY AFTERWARDS...YEA I KNOW SHE THINKS SHE RIPPED ME OFF lOl BUT GOD HAS THE FINAL SAY 😁 ..... LISTEN PEOPLE DONT GROW OLD BITTER OR SOUR WORRYING ABOUT SOMEONE ELSE LIFE..... BTW IF YOU WANNA LOOK LIKE THIS GO TO JCPENNEY'S IN THE OAKS MALL MRS TONYA SLAYED ME !!!! 😇😇

My first time visting for a styled cut and relaxer- I must say im impressed and loved my stylist Pam Jones I was referred by my cousin and im so happy - She was able to fit me in the next day and was on time starting- very friendly and they stick to social distancing and how many customers they can have in the shop- I will return I have found my new stylist- Thank you . My hair needed emergency help and she provided, and gave me tips on how to take care of my hair. Thank you.

WORST hair cut I’ve ever had, hands down. Rude stylist, answering her phone (personal call) right in my face while I’m explaining what I want done, without so much as an excuse me. Didn’t take my request into consideration AT ALL. As she’s cutting (and cutting and cutting) I kept saying “make sure you’re not going too short... don’t take too much off... I don’t want it short on top...” look up to ALL my hair gone. I can’t look at myself in the mirror at all.

Horrible. I can't even describe how bad my haircut was. The place wasn't very clean looking, my hair ended up in all different lengths, and she got hair all over me. I asked for my hair angled and it was so bad I asked her to just make it straight I ended up with a choppy bob and had to even cut a peice off myself that was way longer after I left. I've given myself better haircuts. Do not go here.

My mom's hair was done just yesterday and I can tell you that the lady was polite and perfectional. And we love my mother's style. I would get my hair done there as well.
