South Bay Barber Shop

I asked for a medium skin fade and he gave me a high fade that barely even looks like a fade at all. The dude was more worried about his group of people he had there drinking and smoking. Shop was filthy, I got charged $60 for a haircut cause I got my eyebrows lined up and did the hot towel which were also terrible. Plus when I went to pay he said $45 for the cut and I went to pull out $20 more and he said “oh wait, since you got the hot towel and eyebrows done it’s $60.” Couldn’t make up his mind on the price. Should just have flat rate prices listed cause the hot towel and eyebrows at any other barber I have been to don’t cost me an extra $35, I say $35 because my buddy that recommended me got his haircut plus a line and everything done for $25. George is very sweet, and made my son feel very comfortable. He did exactly what we asked. All the staff is really sweet, their are two other gentlemen next two George that do an awesome job. Will always continue going, they got my business.

Today was my 1st time getting my hair cut at South Bay Barber Shop on Broadway in Chula Vista, and what a great cut and service. Thanks Rich for the great cut, and made me feel very comfortable in your business. Also George was very kind, and made me feel like family. I highly recommend South Bay Barbershop for your next cut.

Worst haircut ever . I told him medium low and he gave me a high fade . Very dirty barbershop . He was more worried about his 2 friends outside and kept going in and out of the shop. Zero star review. I recommend never going to this shop ever . Don't waste your money and time . Plus the cut was 35 bucks not worth it .

I called in the morning and had appointment at 6:15 PM and there was beer bottles and a can of beer on the table and the guy told me " I am about to leave boss." They did not respect the appointment highly unprofessional. I would never come here.
