From beginning to end I was more than happy with the service Alba provided. The booking process was easy. I immediately was sent a reminder so I can add to my calendar which helps keep me organized. You feel welcomed when you arrive for your appointment. The deep tissue massage itself was probably the best one I’ve ever had. It’s been about 4 months since my last massage so I needed this. I am an active athlete and have been experiencing shoulder and lower back pain. I felt relief in those areas instantly and I’m happy to say a few days faster the massage, those areas still feel great. I also did the cupping therapy which was great too. Overall I highly recommend coming to Alba and Souls Healing Spa.

Best massage I have ever treated myself with! I have received several massages from different chain Spas and also on vacations. Alba is not top 5 or top 3, she is the only 1! I have never felt so relaxed after a massage. The only one to actually massage the tension away. I probably won’t be going anywhere else for massages after this. You won’t regret it! Alba is very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Highly highly recommend her!

I had my first session at Souls Healing Spa this past weekend and it was amazing. Alba is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. The years of experience she has is clearly demonstrated in her sessions. I had been dealing with tennis elbow for the past several months, though I was on the tail end of the injury, Alba was able to apply a massage technique to my arm which made the pain disappear completely during the following week. On top of the massage, she educated me on posture techniques when I expressed to her that I had concerns and issues about how I normally sit for long periods of time for work. I strongly recommend her work and I am glad to have such an amazing place so close by.

Had an amazing Swedish Massage today. Alba was great. She was very informative and professional. It was a relaxing experience. I will definitely be treating myself again soon. Would highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed.

Alba is just amazing. From my first meeting with Alba a year ago I felt very relaxed. She was very welcoming and genuinely interested on how she can better my experience. She asked alot of question about my well being in order to use her skills to help aliviate any tensions and pains I have developed throughout the years in my dental assisting career. She is very skilled as a masseuse and I always leave feeling amazing. Thank you Alba , I appreciate you.
