I saw Olivia last week after having the worst reaction due to the extreme weather (dryness, redness, inflammation, etc). I had seen her in 2023 prior to my wedding for VI Precision Peel and Microneedling and had an amazing experience with her so I knew I could trust advice. She took her time to analyze my skin and noticed my skin was being overly sensitive. She took her time to explain that my initial thoughts on treatment would not be the correct approach as it would exacerbate the issue. She customized a facial for me and did dermaplaning.
