Such a healing place with excellent practitioners offering a wonderful variety of services. Sara does great facials, my skin is always so hydrated and radiant after them. They have a variety of great clean skin care products for retail as well. A friend and I went and had a tarot reading with Ellie, she created a space with such good energy and we pulled cards that were spot on to various things going on in our lives. She was wonderful at explaining the meaning behind the cards. Such a fun friend outing. I've also had several reiki sessions with Ellie and each time have left feeling an extreme sense of balance, peace, and openness afterwards - like getting a massage for my energy.

SETH Seth is an absolute gem. He has a rare combination of strong, skilled hands and a calm, easygoing presence that immediately puts you at ease. He really listened to what I needed and nailed every pain point without me having to say much. His bodywork was incredibly effective—I left feeling lighter, looser, and just… better. Seth takes the time to understand what I need out of my massage and his hands are magic, I’ve been to other massage therapists and they don’t come close. I have also attended a yoga session hosted by Pam and the experience was wonderful. I highly recommend this business for massage therapy, yoga and sound baths.

It had been years since I took time for a facial, but with Melanie's encouragement, I signed up for a self-care session last week. Everything about the experience was perfect and I cannot wait to return! The soothing indoor ambiance was calming and welcoming.
