One week ago, I completely ruined my hair with a DIY lightening product. My act of insanity resulted in a full head of yellow straw. My goal - to instantly get to my natural white/gray hair because I'm so tired of coloring it. After a panic attack, then a phone call to my cousin for her hair stylist's number, and an emergency appointment with Sophia... wow! Sophia is a miracle worker. Not only did she fix the mess I created, she achieved the result I've wanted for a year. Bless her heart and sending a million thank you's for her skill and talent. I'm a forever customer now.

First time appointment with Sophia. Needed damage control. I have been cutting my very one-long hair for years, but this time it went way wrong with a new pair of scissors. I was nervous, but knew I needed help. Made an appointment with senior stylist Sophia. She was empathetic, friendly, careful, and listened to how I wanted my hair when it eventually grew out. She did an amazing job. It’s shorter now of course because it had to be evened out, but she did a very flattering cut. I’m still able to put it up in a pon lu as i’d asked. Had no expectations because I’d messed it up so badly, but Sophia is an absolute miracle worker. And last but not least, every staff member I interacted with there was great. Hair care can’t get better than her. Toni listens to you and really works on what you want ! She fixed my hair brought them back from the dead , color corrected me and touches my sensitive scalp so gently. I love her to bits she’s the sweetest. She was even willing to come in early to do my hair for me how rare is that.
