Every appointment feels effortless—she listens to what I want, offers helpful suggestions, and always delivers results that look amazing. Angie is professional, and truly passionate about her work. Whether it’s a trim, color, or a complete refresh, she consistently nails it. I always leave her chair feeling confident and taken care of. I've known Angie Nelson for many years. She is highly skilled and knowledgeable and her services never disappoint, but that's just the surface. I had the best experience! After seeing several stylist at various salons around Concord and none of them did my hair how I wanted (I am very picky), I found Angie. The first thing she did was sit down and ask me several questions about my hair type and products/tools I currently use on my hair, how I wanted it to look, and how I style it normally. First time I've ever felt truly listened to. I have very long hair and wanted layers that didn't look choppy or obvious but that blended with my hair and gave it movement- that's exactly what Angie did. I LOVE my hair - how it looks and feels. I would give Angie a million stars if I could - go see her! I promise you won't be disappointed.

I had a wonderful nail experience with Hanna. She was attentive, professional and personable. She allowed me the space to voice my opinions to her on how I liked my nails and listened to me. Hanna did not disappoint— I love them! This was my first time at Soteria Spa, it felt cozy and inviting. The staff was so friendly. I will be back again.

Soteria Salon and Spa is my new favorite place !!! Today, as soon as I walked for the first time, I immediately noticed the spa-like aromas dancing through the air. I also felt visually very impressed with all the unique and upscale design of the entire salon/spa. I followed my favorite Master Colorist/Stylist to this location .
