I have been coming here for 1 year now and I have always had a pleasant experience. May, is my artist and the only one I've gone to here. I have recommended her to two of girlfriends who have also enjoyed their services. I learned about structure gel here and have never looked back. My nails feel strong and look great every time. May takes her time, has a light touch and is always making suggestions and listens to what vision you have.

I’ve been going to Sophies Nail Studio for almost 4yrs and May is my go to girl🤗Im always happy with mani+pedi and everyone is so sweet and accommodating. You can tell they understand the importance of cleanliness in this industry. My nails always lastttt. With Gel-X I go 1-2x a month for a new set.

I had such a wonderful experience here! My nail tech, Karla, was recommended to me by my lash tech and I’m so glad I booked with her. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. I can be very picky and a little indecisive, but Karla handled it all with such care and made me feel completely comfortable. My nails came out beautiful, and I’m already looking forward to my next appointment in three weeks! Highly recommend her!

I've gone to this nail salon multiple times the last few years, and I've had an overall decent experience. I've had multiple technicians do my nails, I never put a preference of person and its never been a big problem.....until recently. I'm not going to blast the technician who did my nails by putting her name but there were multiple flags here. 1) She cut me multiple times, on my toes and fingers and REAL bad on my thumb. I washed my hands but it kept bleeding so she just painted over it making a cringing face, and said "sorry!" 2) She started doing a structured manicure on my nail instead of a regular gel and when I asked her if it was the gel manicure and she was like yes...and then paused and said wait, you wanted gel? 3) But the kicker SHE WAS WATCHING TV ON HER PHONE WHILE DOING MY

I never write bad reviews, but this time I have to. It was a complete disaster. I walked into this nail salon during my trip to New York, and it proved to be an absolutely terrible decision. The nail polish was applied unevenly and smeared all over the place. The lady doing my nails wore presbyopic glasses, and I felt she couldn't see clearly because she repeatedly hurt me while trimming my cuticles and cut too deep. The entire process was utterly agonizing. At the end, I expressed my dissatisfaction to the front desk, demanding to have my nails removed and get a refund, but they completely ignored me. Such service is truly disheartening and disappointing. By the way, if you go to this salon for a manicure, you may be treated differently. I hope no one else will have to experience anything
