Customer Reviews
Walked in with my mom to get our nails done they were so sweet and friendly. I showed them exactly what I wanted and they provided. I been nail shop homeless due to my lady closing down her shop and now I think I found my new nail techs. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE.
UGH!!!! So disappointing!!!!This place came highly recommend…. So sad! !!!! Such a disappointment!!!!! Received a pedicure , which was decent, then asked for a dip manicure , I do not get tips or acrylic nails….. the woman did not dip my nails, she dipped the brush in some sort of glue and then put the brush in the dip powder as if I were getting fake nails or fill-in! She then proceeded to “whittle down” the horse-hoof-looking things she had put on my hands!!! She managed to tear up my cuticles and take the skin from one of my fingers! I pray I do not get gangrene! These are my natural nails (and hands) she managed to ruin! Moral of the story…. It cost $108 to have my cuticles torn to pieces and receive, what looks like, horse hooves that need to be shod! I was in so much pain when I le
The customer service was great and she had my idea come alive
I will never go back to this nail salon. I was rushed through like she only had 10 minutes to spend on me. I went in for a manicure and a pedicure. It wasn't like I only wanted a polish change. I feel like she treated me the way she did because I didn't want the GEL POLISH. She kept on and on, trying to persuade me to get gel. I'm posting a couple of pictures of the HALF JOB I received. I'm ADDING the fact that she painted my toenails under the counter she done my pedicure at. Obviously she couldn't see and after I walked out and seen my fingers and toes in the daylight is when I took these pictures. It was a total waste of money.
Absolutely the worst dip polish I’ve ever gotten. The nail tech had no clue what she was doing as she filed my long nails completely lopsided and down to the skin. Not to mention the dip is wrinkled and not smooth. When I told her it was not a good job she tried to blame me for coming in with dip polish already on. Is zero stars possible?
