Hey Peyton Sledge, I’m a regular client at this salon and just wanted to share a little insight that might help. They don’t have a landline.. just a personal cell phone..so if someone is sick, busy, or taking a personal day, it’s possible no one was able to pick up right away. The online booking system usually works great (that’s how I always schedule my appointments), but it may have had a temporary glitch. Another good way to reach them is through Facebook Messenger. This salon is by appointment only, which is posted on their front door, so same-day appointments are usually not available. I hate that your experience led to a negative impression without getting to actually meet them or see how they operate. sadly i wasn’t able to actually experience the salon, because nobody answered the phone both times i called (i was met with a muffled voice mail that only stated someone’s name), the website says you can book online but it doesn’t work, and even though (per their posted hours of operation) they are supposed to be open at 11:30am on a monday, they were closed with no sign of anyone in the parking lot. nothing posted on their facebook page about being closed, either. i gave 3 stars because im not trying to hurt this business’ reputation, but to notify the owners that things like this cause you to lose customers- as i am driving to louisville to a salon that answered on the first ring and told me to come on in.
