Sophia Nails and Spa at Eustis, FL

I had heard great things about Sophia Nails from my coworkers and finally had the time to visit. I have to be honest, I was not impressed… I was rushed to pick a color, I wasn’t asked what type of pedicure I wanted - he just started working, my nails were poorly shaped and he didn’t cut down one set of nails, and the tech didn’t say two words to me the entire visit, not even a “thank you” or “bye.” No nail dryer or UV light to dry my nails was offered. And then he just went back to sit in his chair on the other side of the room… It felt like more of an inconvenience than a “luxury.” Very poor customer service, very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this business.

Tracy is great!! My daughter and I love our new set.. we should return 💅💜🤍 I have continued to go here and Sophia is amazing with my nails. I do the gel polish and it's so durable 💛💛 Sam is amazing with Pedicures. Should definitely give him a try 💙💙

I’ve been visiting this salon TWICE MONTHLY for over 7 years and my experience is fantastic ALWAYS! The salon is clean, the staff friendly and welcoming. Tracy and Sophia do an amazing job and if they are not available they make sure to accommodate you the best way possible! If you're looking for a relaxing nail experience, and the BEST MASSAGES this is the place to go.

Tracey always does great with my almond shaped nails. They do great pedicures there as-well. Highly recommend but make sure you make an appointment as they’re always working hard. Picture of my new set below.

I have been using this Nail company for awhile. Happy with services and have recommended them to others. A week ago I had my nails done in dip. They lasted 5 days prior to beginning to crack. I have never had this happen before and usually can ware my nails for 3 weeks. It broke 3 of my natural nails. Mind you, I was in a conference all week and not doing anything to damage my nails. They did not even apologize that it happened. So disappointed.
