Had my first appointment yesterday with Barbara. She does a great job of making you feel comfortable and preparing you for the massage ahead of time. In case you can’t tell this is out of her home and she does have a super well behaved dog who never goes into the massage room but might greet you at the door with a sniff. Also never once did I hear a bark during my time in her home. She communicated with me everything I needed to know before showing up and even went out of her way to fit me in to her schedule on short notice. She takes a more holistic approach to the massage she asks you to completely silence your phone when you come in, she focuses not only on the massage but also your breathing and she even helped stretch me out for a problem area I had. Every time I go I say the name is perfect for the experience. This time and had a usual injury for me and Barbara identified the area needing extra attention and I walked out easier than when I walked and and still better days later. So very glad I found her. She does everything she can to make the experience just what you want.

Barbara is truly exceptional! Every visit, she takes the time to ask about my trouble areas and customizes the massage to focus on exactly what I need. Her ability to relieve tension and work through sore muscles is unmatched. I’ve tried many other massage therapists in the past, but often felt like they followed a standard routine without addressing my specific concerns. Barbara, on the other hand, genuinely listens and tailors each session with care and precision. It’s rare to find someone so committed to delivering a personalized and healing experience. The massage was deep tissue as requested. However, my preferences and comfort were not fully accommodated—for example, despite requesting no scents, a hot towel with a strong fabric softener smell was applied, which was uncomfortable and required extra washing afterward. For these reasons, I would not personally return.

Barbara is amazing and very professional always makes me feel so relaxed and comfortable. She takes this time to focus on the areas that are bothering you.
