Sophia Nail Spa

Started coming here in the new year and am SO glad I did!!! I was going to a subpar salon in Back Bay for over a year but continuously was disappointed with my nails….stumbled into Sophia’s one day after work and will keep coming back!!! Jessica does the best dip manicure! Very efficient, well-priced, no frills salon (in the best way), hard to find an excellent dip manicure for $60 (includes removal) in the city; so glad to have found this spot.

I went to Donna to get a design and she did a great job! She cleaned my nails and cuticles very meticulously. and followed the design instructions. She let me try a few colors as well and even picked a color for me she thought would look better on me(it did).

I’ve been coming here for years now, always a 5 star service. Amy does the BEST Gel X nails!! They never chip, never break off, and they last me at LEAST 4 weeks. I’ve gotten more compliments on my nail set this month, than ever before. Donna also does an amazing pedicure, she’s very detailed but efficient. The staff are always very kind and the salon is clean. I can’t recommend Sophia’s enough!!

I’m a long time customer. I get my nails done every 2 wks, I’ve been going to Kathy for 5yrs. My gel manicures & Pedi always come out nicely done. I’m always trying something new or different. I get compliments all the time. Kathy doesn’t disappoint!! She does a fantastic job. My husband also gets a regular manicure and he goes to Kelly. Both ladies are great! In fact all the staff there is friendly & nice! The shop is clean & soothing. Looking forward to my next gel manicure appointment!

I’ve been here a few times before and always had positive experiences, which made this visit even more disappointing. Unfortunately, this was the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. Mai was incredibly rude from the start. She accused me of not having an appointment even though I did, and her attitude remained hostile throughout the service. She was also extremely disrespectful toward other customers, creating an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment. The quality of the service was unacceptable. My nails were not fully painted, and when I told her the drill was hurting my nail, she dismissed me and said “I know” instead of adjusting or checking to make sure I was okay. There was also a visible piece of hair stuck on my nail, and when I pointed it out, she refused to remove i
