Being new to the area and trying other salons, inspiration is a 5 plus star. Upon arrival I saw the snow in the street in front of salon was shoveled allowing parking in front, rare in Boston.The owner Trish made me comfortable right at checkin. Brewing a fresh cup on coffee and calling me by name. My stylist Erin was amazing, explaining the highlight process and recommending low lites. Took her time with me, showed patience and proved to be a highly skilled stylist. The haircut and color is gorgeous, best I’ve had in years. The whole experience was 5 plus stars…

I recently had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Stella at Inspiration Salon & Spa, and I can’t recommend her highly enough! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and professional. The salon is clean, beautifully designed, and has a relaxing vibe that immediately puts you at ease. Thank you Stella!! I will definitely be back ❤️

I typically see Erin whose work is amazing and whose conduct is consistently professional. Unfortunately, I was having difficulty booking an appointment with her and eventually saw Stella. Stella's work itself was good, but she was very sloppy (by the way, my sister saw her for a blow dry previously and was also unhappy with her experience, but I was desperate and took a chance) . I left the salon with stains all over my face ( also got some dye in my left eye) in addition to an earful of water in both ears during the wash. I did not mention anything about my ears as I was hoping it would resolve itself, though I did ask about cleaning up the dye from my face . No apologies or embarrassment by the way about the dye, and clearly, Stella was fully prepared to let me leave the salon as is, u

Inspiration Salon and Spa is fantastic! Everyone there is so kind and welcoming. Trisha gives an amazing haircut—she really listens and delivers exactly what you want. Ask for Tina to shampoo you, unbelievable.

I love Inspiration Salon! If you are looking for an amazing place to treat yourself with professionals! This is the perfect spot to go! They were recommended to over a year ago, and I am not planning to leave them! I have to thank all of them for being so outstanding in what they do! Very very pleased and happy every time I come!
