Sophia Nail Spa

Received a pedicure with little flower on my big toenails, my friend received a French tip. Experience was nice. The flowers are well.. cousins. Not sisters. My friend’s French tip: was fine. Unfortunately we saw a cockroach, they tried to upsell my friend after she had selected her service. Probably won’t be back.

I had scheduled an appointment with another nail salon, but when I arrived there they didn’t even look at me as the spoke. They told me to pick a color without going over the options with me and left me looking at a basic set. After over 15 min without any joy, I decided to leave and I am really glad I did. I walked into Sophia’s Nail Spa and was attended to right away, with smiles and enthusiasm as they answered my questions. Kara was available to service me right away, offered me a complimentary refreshment and even had a stand for my phone for me to watch something while she worked. Her demeanor helped me relax and her focus made me feel well-attended to. I decided to schedule a pedicure with Kara for the next morning, which lead to another great experience. The nail techs are nice and I like getting pedicures here, but the man at the front desk is downright unpleasant.

I have been twice to this Nail salon, the first time was great, no complaints, so I decided to go back. I went yesterday for a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure with Tracy was truly the worst pedicure I have had, she hurt me to the point where I had to ask her to stop a couple times. The entire time she was making faces at me, and it got to the point where she made my toe bleed. My toe is swollen and it hurts to walk on it. I paid for a deluxe pedicure which includes a massage, she just kind of rubbed oil on my legs and quickly passed some hot stones over it, just barely did anything. Again, if she is busy or not in the mood just say something and I would have skipped the massage and paid for a regular pedicure. To top it all off, when I called to make the appointment I mentioned my mom
