Do NOT go here. I have been getting my nails done for over a decade and can not stress enough to not get any service done here. I got an acrylic fill with gel polish done and paid 75$ US. Within 10 days I went back 4 times and finally lost half a nail due to their overuse of filing down my natural nail underneath. I have always had my nails done for over a decade back home and have never dealt with the issues I have now. My trip to LA has now been plagued by issues and pain now from loss of a nail and instead of enjoying this time I am extra careful to not use my hotel pool/hot tub in fear of infection and pain and bleeding from my dominant hand. I have been dealing with numerous funerals and professional meetings where I am hiding my hands rather than the the usual carefree manicure

As a 90 yr old woman who is unable to reach her toes to paint them blue I am so happy to have discovered Thai and Handsom who work here every day, and make my old nails look like new. I had been a regular customer for four years and then because of a new hip I had not been there for 3 months.Last week when I returned, Thai smiled at me , went to her desk and gave me my lost wallet complete with contents. My drivers license had my Bay Area address, and she had been unable to contact me. I want to publicly thank her for her being the kind, thoughtful, hardworking person that she is.

Lovely staff. My nails broke within less then two weeks, I reached out and they fixed it. Great price for the area.

I got gel x nails for my graduation and I paid 90 dollars and for that price I deserved to have gotten good quality and good behavior. The nails are not clean whatsoever theres hair in the nail brushes and I told him that it’s on my nail and he just cured it. The man was rude he kept making fun of me when I showed him a design and he said it won’t be the same is it the same and kept making fun of me which I did not appreciate. My nails don’t even look like I got them done. Extremely bad service and disrespectful behavior. Do not go here! Spend the same amount of money somewhere else where you will receive the quality for what you pay. This place is a scam and a mistake. Also they force you for a tip!
