01/10/2025 - I was treated to get my nails done here for my birthday! The experience was unbelievable; horror experience. The nail tech Tina was unprofessional, customer service was belittling and/or condescending, Tina pretended she didn’t know English or understand and once we finally had a conversation it was disheartening. I inquired if she knew how to do a design, she grabbed her phone and tossed it to me at her nail station ; semi assault..I was taken back, I looked at Tina..Tina apologized..Tina then repeated me & said “Designs” once her coworker asked what I inquired about. Anytime I explained what I wanted and if she could do it, Tina gave me a death stare- her gaze was unwavering. In order to receive answers I asked Tina do you understand? Yes or No. Tina, did not want to answ

My review is for the eyebrow service. Technican name is Nancy. Very sweet lady ! My eyebrows were a true disaster with no flattering shape, chunky and heavy. She made them so soft and feminine. I have been bouncing around from salon to salon and paid the price but Nancy got me right. Will return ! 🌟❤️

Sonny is nice but the efficiency of the shop is not up to my normal level of service expectations. My daughter and I came for pedicures and we booked appointments in advance. The technician I had refused to set my daughter’s water up until she was completely done with me. I asked her twice and I was very annoyed by this refusal. She could’ve been soaking while they worked on me. There are 8 pedicure chairs and I was the only person occupying one. When they did finally set her up, it was not in the same chair I was in so it’s not like only one chair was being used today. I was very annoyed by this. Our normal one to one and a half hour pedicure date turned into 2.5hrs… I’m undecided if I will give them another chance. The service itself was nice but something about the energy and inefficien

Will return regularly, Ms. Kim took very good care of me. Very attentive. Another visit on another day that is outstanding work! Sonnys nails is always on point!

Tina did a great job. My feet feel so soft and I love my gel toe nails. It had been awhile since I pampered myself.they bring you a water a bowl full of snacks. I thought that was very nice as well. Thank you for the great service you provided.
