Insane behavior! I went in for a delux pedicure with regular nail polish. I mention at the very beginning that I have 2 ingrowns that I would like removed. She soaked off my gel, buffed my nails and “removed cuticle” in quotation because she removed absolutely no cuticle. Barely trimmed and filed. I see her reaching for the scrub and I say “hey are we able to remove my ingrowns?” At this point it’s the 3rd-4th time I mention how painful they are because she is pressing on them as she is filing. I am also an esthetician and I realize sometimes with the angle in filing, this may happen. I tell her I do not want to proceed with the pedicure and that I will pay her for the soak off. She says “well I’m not a doctor”. And I say ok; no problem I will pay you for this. I start to walk out and she

Got a simple dip nail with tips one color. Price was typical at $50. I have been getting my nails done for awhile. Typically a dip set lasts 2 - 4 weeks. These nails didn't last a week before 3 broke. I wasn't doing anything rugged with my hands either. Went back and they did fix the 3 nails at not charge. Not even 24 hours later 2 different nails from the original dip broke. That is a 50% failure rate! All the women were friendly and customer service was good, but I will never return to this salon or recommend it.

It has been my go to nail salon for over a decade! After rebranding it became even better! New owner is amazing! Extremely friendly and helpful! They brought new products and services I was so pleased to try! Definitely recommend!

I've been going here for over 3 years to get my acrylic nails done. When I say they are the best I've ever found in miami I mean it. Their prices are fair, the people are wonderfully nice, and they will always do what they can to make what you need happen. Nancy, the owner, has always done what she can to get me in last minute more times then I can count. She doesn't make me feel bad when I've waited a little longer then i should have between fills or when i ask her to do anything to my nails. Which for me is so important, she just wants me to be happy with my nails and I have never left Somi anything but happy with them. So thankful for her and her team. I absolutely recommend, 12/10, and my nail place for as long as I live in this city. Thank you Nancy and team!!!!
