Woke up today in extreme pain! They got me in quickly, identified the issue and presented me with options to resolve. They handled the issue with ease, grace and treated me extremely well! Dr. Jennifer and her team both Dannie’s , Maria even down to the receptionist had amazing customer service. First time patient and my experience has been excellent. From setting and confirming appointments to my first examination everything was timely and professional. My second visit the next day for a tooth extraction also went perfectly. Good team, Dr. has a solid but gentile touch. Certainly some discomfort at home later in the evening but far less than expected. Dr. did a follow up call and here it is less than 24 hours later and no real discomfort all at all. Looking forward to being a patient for the long term and having an implant when possible. Highly recommend this team to anyone that requires their specialty.

The entire staff was very professional. Virginia was very helpful with my initial call to inquire about availability and pricing. My son's schedule was difficult due to school and they were very accommodating during the holidays. They were very organized as the date of surgery approached, with on-line registration and reminders of date and time. Their prices are very reasonable in comparison to others , as we do not have dental coverage for wisdom tooth extraction. The estimate of cost was very accurate, with each procedure detailed and priced for your review. Yet, you didn't feel like you were forfeiting quality of care or expertise. The reception area staff was prompt, easy to make appointments and in obtaining my personal records. The waiting area is spacious and comfortable. Doctor Ledeaux was excellent with the evaluation of my situation. The procedure went just as he said accommodating the patient in every way. The dental assistants were very efficient and took care of me after the procedure was done.

My visit to Oral Surgery and Implant Center was excellent. From the first moment completing paper work to x- rays and meeting the doctor to having my procedure I couldn’t have asked for more.
