I went to this location because I needed supplies to dye my hair Blue for the Spring/Summer. My 1st visit I met Sarah and Linda. Both ladies were attentive to what I wanting to achieve and had the time to listen and give me instructions, especially Sarah. Linda, helped me choose the perfect color Blue which I ended up loving better than the one I was looking at. I had to return about a week later and met Katy. She was also very helpful in leading me to the new items I needed and overall letting me know she was there if I needed her while I liked around. Photos below show my journey and end result. I was confident with lifting my own hair (twice, which I have never done before) with the instructions from Sarah. The price for my items were reasonable and I would definitely recommend this loc

I visited this location today, October 2nd, and it was truly one of the most uncomfortable visits of my life. I love visiting hair stores like these because they’re very authentic, but this location made me very uncomfortable. While I was shopping, I was being eyed down by two of the employees, who were following me around the store, thinking I wouldn’t notice. It was very strange and uncomfortable. I feel that it had something to do with my skin color, and I did not appreciate that. I wasn’t stealing anything or doing anything wrong. I was simply shopping like any guest. I was in the store by myself for some time before my mother came in, and even while she was shopping with me, we were still being watched. We both will never return to this location ever again. I love this place!! Very helpful and nice ladies working here :-) I was buying some hair curlers for the first time and one of them told me about each kind and the pros/cons of them!! Great selection of stuff too, prices are decent too. Gonna be coming here for all my beauty stuff now

O start with customer service, they were following me all over they made me feel uncomfortable. I didn't see them following anyone else, I am not sure why but I felt like it must be because of my skin color, it is getting horrible lately
