I have been getting Massage Therapy with Jen for over 2 years and her technique and experience are an absolute staple in taking care of my body. As someone with an autoimmune/inflammatory condition, I definitely have to thank her for helping me stay pain free. Jen is extremely knowledgeable and is always able to find the root cause of my pain and discomfort. She uses different techniques like deep tissue massage, myofascial release and assisted stretching as well as various tools to provide the best experience possible. On a personal level, Jen is very kind, welcoming and fun. She listens to your concerns and makes sure you leave a million times better than when you came in. If you're thinking of booking, just do it!

I spent the last three years dealing with an injury. I've had surgeries, PT, injections, massages, counseling... some provided relief; even if for only a short period of time, while others did not. Overall, I've been battling physical, emotional, spiritual and mental health; trying to find some sort of balance and understanding. ENTER JENNIFER ROBLES!!! Jen was amazing! I was having a lot of pain in my neck. Jen really focused on that area and a few other spots. I felt so much better when I left. Jen was professional, very knowledgeable and really took time to explain things to me. I can’t wait to go back!!
