Veronica is a very nice person, but I would NOT recommend her for a balayage. The hair treatment she gave me not only looked nothing like the picture I gave her, but it was also very poorly executed. The application style was extremely chunky, uneven, and even worse had "leopard spots" in several areas. The top looked like tiger stripes. When I went to another salon to have it fixed, they said there were areas that were left on too long and others not enough. As you look at the deeper layers of my hair, you can see the bleach was applied in random diagonal lines. Definitely not the quality you expect from any stylist let alone an experienced one. The other salon was able to fix the high stripes but because of the random application of the bleach they had to return it all pretty much to b

I came to hair solutions 3 weeks ago my service was done by a woman named VERONICA . Veronica did a Baylage & baby lights on me. I had long brunette hair past my waist. Every highlight she put in my head has all fallen out . She sent me home with sopping wet hair that was gummy and falling out in clumps not to mention she bleached everything I wore there . I sobbed an hour back home in the dark . Another worker helped me resolve and dispute the service with my bank . This woman is unprofessional & sloppy . IF YOU ARE THINKING OF BOOKING WITH VERONICA PLEASE DONT I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO THE REVIEWS . SHE WILL OFFER YOU A REFUND AND BLOCK YOU AFTER . SAVE YOUR HAIR PICK ANOTHER STYLIST !!!!!!!

I went for a hair cut and was taken care of by Maya. She was so friendly and extremely knowledgable. I have never gone to a salon where firstly the artist knows what to do with wavy/curly textured hair, and secondly that was so quick and affordable! I left feeling so confident and like a new person. I could not recommend Maya enough! I can't wait to go back when I need another hair cut. :)

So I have thick textured hair, and I don't find a lot of stylists who know how to work, cut, and style my hair within my budget range. But now I have Sandie! It's been weeks since my last visit, and I still love my fresh layers! Chef's kiss!

Worst customer service I have ever received I was talked belittled to like I was stupid and was practically screamed at. I have never felt so unwelcomed in a salon and will NEVER be back.
