Gudjon is the most intuitive massage therapist I have ever worked with. I have a membership because his work consistently makes a real difference for me. He adjusts as needed based on what my body needs that day, and both his deep tissue and therapeutic work have helped me in different ways. His deep tissue sessions give me a full nervous system reset, and his therapeutic work, along with the exercises he has shown me, is helping me make real progress with long standing piriformis pain. I also appreciate that he creates a very safe and comfortable environment, which allows me to fully relax and get the most out of every session.

Gudjon truly delivers the best massage I have ever had. I had hip surgery earlier this year and his massage services are one of the only things that have helped relieve chronic tightness and ongoing pain. In addition, Gudjon is very attuned to muscles that are not functioning well and he provides resources and advice on how to adjust lifestyle or strengthen / stretch to improve pain. He always listens to my needs or requests, is kind and makes me feel comfortable. I am relaxed after each massage and grateful for his time. I cannot recommend him enough! The monthly massage membership is also a great deal & worth it if you have ongoing needs or enjoy self care.
