Solitude Sauna Studio

Solitude Sauna Studio is truly a hidden gem and has quickly become one of my favorite places to reset and recharge. The space is so thoughtfully designed 🤍 clean, calming, and welcoming the moment you walk in. The infrared sauna experience is incredible. I always leave feeling lighter, more clear-headed, and so refreshed. Kimmy, the manager, is an absolute sweetheart & Debra goes above and beyond to make sure every visit is relaxing and personalized. Their energy is so kind and grounding, and you can tell how much love and intention they pour into this space. So grateful to have a studio like this just around the corner. It’s a true sanctuary!

I love it here!! I always have sore muscles in my neck and shoulders, every time I leave after an infrared sauna session with the red light therapy has me feeling almost little pain. It’s also amazing to just relax for 40 minutes listening to music and reading a book. The staff here are amazing and super friendly.

Solitude Sauna truly lives up to its name. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I had entered a private, calming retreat. The space is clean, the lighting is soft and welcoming, and every detail feels intentional. The infrared sauna itself was a game changer. The deep kind of sweat that leaves your skin glowing and your body feeling lighter. I left feeling more relaxed, less inflamed, and noticeably more clear headed. What stood out most was the privacy and quiet soft music although you can hook up your own and listen within the sauna. . No interruptions, no loud chatter just time to breathe and reset. I could stretch, journal, or just be still. If you're dealing with stress, chronic pain, or just need time away from the noise go no run. It's an underrated self-care essential.

Solitude Sauna studio is amazing. Entering the studios serene and beautiful setting immediately relaxes you. Since using the infrared sauna I have seen improvements in my joint pain, increased flexibility and overall feeling of being refreshed after each session. I also utilize the sauna after traveling and being in the road. It’s a great way to detox, relax and just take a moment to enjoy some alone time out of your busy day. Staff is great and knowledgeable and highly recommend using the sauna as a regular part of your wellness routine. It’s also a great gift to give a friend for them to enjoy a session via a gift card. Highly recommend solitude sauna for all!!

This place was an absolute haven!! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the owner was delightful. They are all clearly passionate about the wellness this place provides and I hope to be back soon. I know where I want gift cards to now!
