This is a review for a swim lesson with Jackie at BAC. She was great. Explained things clearly and simply. Gave me easy to remember drills to improve my swimming technique. This is a great way to start a new year! Looking forward to my next lesson... need to work on backstroke and improve my breaststroke.

Nick does an amazing job on my hair. I’m always getting compliments!! He’s prompt and very fair prices. 10/10!!

Personal training with Luis; I highly recommend working with Luis. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and he listens well. I’ve been working with him to optimize my workout routine and find that he is great at introducing new ways of approaching my workouts that have made them much more effective in reaching my goals.
