I’ve been seeing Sam since her days at European Wax, and I happily followed her to Smooth Skin Waxing in Beverly. The location is super cute and very easy to get to. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a smile by Grace, the owner/receptionist. She’s incredibly friendly, always acknowledges you and knows exactly who you are and who you’re there to see. Sam is amazing at what she does. She’s professional, friendly, and makes you feel completely comfortable. She’s great at reading the room — she’ll chat with you if you’re in the mood to talk, or she’s perfectly fine giving you quiet time, which I often appreciate.
