Solar Nails

Was charged up the wazoo for fill/pedicure/gel color. If it had been a good job I wouldn't have minded as much as the prices are a bit steeper here than I am used to, but the quality was terrible for the 2.5 hours they had me in the chair (which is beyond absurd!) that they didn't talk to me the whole time besides when she came by to fix the nail polish on my toes she messed up by putting my sandals on. My acrylic nails were bumpy and uneven, the gel polish started peeling off within 24 hours and my big toe continued to bleed and puss for a week after they dug too deep cleaning my cuticles. I will never go there again, I found a shop directly across the street that does nails fast, right and a decent price and actually talk with you.

I was furious when I left this place yesterday!!! I will Never go back!! I paid them 70.00 for pedicure and manicure with gel polish french. Pedicure was very disappointing. Woman was looking all around salon and paying little to no attention to what she was doing. Did not seem to speak a word of English so when I told her what I wanted had no idea what I was saying and would just shake her head up and down. Nails looked like a kindergardener did them and didn’t even put lotion on hands after. I showed nails to owner and said they looked bad. Since I am a regular customer I thought she would have someone correct them. Instead she said they looked fine and would do nothing to correct them! There were lumps and dips all over them with white polish on cuticle and sides of my fingers etc. and

Funny manicurists made for a fun time but as for their services, not worth the $ I spent. The pedicure was rushed and lacking in processes-the only really deep "spa" service the provided was shaving the dead skin off and a warm towel. As for my manicure...worst paint job I've ever had and barely any hand massage provided. The color I chose was very pale pink to be somewhat natural and she applied 2 coats in a hurried fashion not going to the edges on most of my nails and then I asked for a 3rd coat to hopefully even up some of the main nail areas and she rushed making messy strokes in the paint. The clear was globbed on in places and barely on others. I used the dryer for 5 minutes and stl have 3 nails that were messed up within 5 minutes of leaving the salon. I will not be going back anyt

First time going to Cathy nails and so far so good... soon as I came in they seated me right away and began working on my nails... The tech also did a great job compared to where I would usually go with filing them evenly and cleaning them properly.... I'd certainly come back again

This place is terrible. To 'clean' the pedicure tubs they throw the wet warm towels (from the person before) in and gave it three squirts with a spray cleaner and a quick surface wipe down. I'm not even 100% sure they let all of the water from the cleaning drain before they filled it back up for the next person. After my friend and I had a pedicure and a gel polish manicure we were told that because we had gel polish on our nails already it was an extra charge to have it removed and my friend was also charged a 'long nail' fee. We weren't told about the extra charges until AFTER the manicures were finished. I have also never been to a nail place that charges to take off gel polish if you are having it replaced with gel polish. Plus, the nail technician didn't even put a clear top coa
