Very bad experience. I asked Wendy Acevedo for a balayage and got nothing close to it. My hair was left damaged, dry, and mistreated. She didn’t take any responsibility for the outcome. I’m including photos of what I asked for and what she actually did. I do not recommend her.

I had a wonderful experience with Karmen at Salon Karma in studio 4 on Barnes. She was instantly very personable and friendly. She listened to what I wanted with my haircut, and I am very happy with the service she provided. She is very detail oriented and meticulous with her work. I’m so grateful that I found her online.
