I’ve been taking my son to Bella for his skin care needs and I can’t thank her enough for everything she’s done. She’s incredibly sweet and welcoming, and she always makes us feel comfortable. Whenever I’ve had concerns or worries between appointments, she’s taken the time to reassure me and answer my questions, which I truly appreciate. I’ve also booked appointments with her for myself. I actually started going to Dawn before Bella began working there, which is why I felt confident when Bella joined—I knew she would be just as knowledgeable and professional. Dawn is incredibly knowledgeable about what she does and about every product she uses, you can tell she understands skin at a deeper level. She takes the time to explain why she recommends certain treatments, which I really appreciate. I never felt pressured, only supported and educated. She has such a gentle and caring touch. The whole experience felt intentional and never rushed. I felt relaxed the entire time. Her spa is also very comfortable and calming. The space is clean, peaceful, and welcoming. It really allows you to unwind and enjoy the treatment.
