Chris Delfino at Capelli couture is one of the best hair stylist I've ever been to I've been going to him for years

For about 3 months (Sept-Nov 2022), I was going to the only nail technician at the Orland Park location. It serves no purpose to name and shame her, but I do want to make others aware of my experience so that if you do attempt to be serviced by her, you can do so with an honest review of her behavior. I quite frankly think I was discriminated against based on race. I had gone to the person consistently for 3 months. I was never late. I always paid and tipped 15-20% above the cost and then randomly after my last visit, she messaged me stating she didn't think she could please me and that it wasn't a good fit so she would be canceling all my future appointments. Zeana is so exceptional!!! I've been dyeing my hair black for a very long time because of the grey. She took the black box dye out and did a beautiful balayage color the same day. I seen her the end of March and again June 1st. She's so talented and loves what she does.
