I was referred to Eveli by a kind woman at my nail salon and initially reached out on Instagram to book an appointment. Unfortunately, I had to reschedule but gave her weeks of advance notice. We set a new date, but I later realized I had double-booked due to a special engagement. Again, I let her know well in advance that I needed to reschedule. Despite my efforts to communicate respectfully and in a timely manner, she told me she would no longer accept appointments from me because I had rescheduled twice. Her response over text was rude, and honestly, I feel that a simple phone call could have cleared things up. I was really hoping to find a reliable hairstylist close to work, but unfortunately, this experience was disappointing. If flexibility and good customer service matter to you,

Guru best barber around don't be fooled you will be good for a while

Confusing website. Filter doesn’t work. I tried to select just Lakewood Mall (where I wanted to go) and everything else came up…OC, LA. Not a traditional salon, so couldn’t just call and ask for an appt…frustrating. I guess this is great if you already have a hair dresser, and you contact her directly. Sucks if you’re just in town and need a quick appointment you’ll be calling each individual contractor.
