Review for Sola Salon – Treesha Young (Greensboro, Friendly Center Location) I came to Sola Salon for a trim with Treesha Young. She had good reviews, was located close by, and worked out of what I assumed was an upscale, professional salon inside Friendly Center — so I booked her with confidence. I clearly asked for no more than 1/4 to 1/2 inch to be trimmed, and she agreed. However, she proceeded to cut more than 3 inches of my hair without warning or asking if I was okay with it. That’s not a trim — that’s a haircut — and I never consented to that. She didn’t explain why she was doing it, didn’t check in, and offered no accountability afterward. My best friend and I come in here very regularly to get my hair done. The past few times there has been no men’s room available. When I asked my stylist about it, she said that the women’s room was not unisex and that I would have to go to the bathroom elsewhere. Not sure what kind of business can’t provide a men’s restroom for weeks at a time and not see a problem with it.

I thoroughly enjoy my experience with Lindsay Cordero. I followed her to Sola Salon from her previous Salon. She has done a great job working with my hectic schedule. She has done a great job matching my natural color hair. I was a little nervous in the beginning but she calmed my nerves. I was not going to color my gray hair but after my mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's she made a comment one day that she didn't know me. I talked to a friend who pointed out that my hair had changed from black to gray. I had my hair colored and saw my mother the next week. I walked into her house and she immediately said, "There you are!" She hugged me and ran her hand through my hair. She passed in 2019 but I still color it. I look forward each month to my day at Sola Salon with Lindsay!

My mind is absolutely blown that this place just doesn’t have a men’s room. I come every 3 weeks for a service, and there’s only been a ladies room the last two times!! I was actually told I had to the coffee shop next door to use the restroom. Love my stylist, but whoever is doing all this construction is shameful.

I come here to see Ken at Barbie Nails! His space is clean and professional. He goes out of his way to make you comfortable and his personality is laid back and sincere. He always takes the time to listen and understand what I want and to accommodate my needs. His work is phenomenal. I highly recommend going to see him!
