I was recently in an event where Shelby was assisting. I appreciated the hair, but not the professionalism. Shelby and her co worker were placing make up on each other while they were suppose to be assisting the bridal party. I observed snarly comments and eyes rolling as all the girls got ready. I wish the professionalism would have matched the event and the pay. Thank you,

I was a bridesmaid recently where Shelby and Khensley Designs did our hair and makeup. Although Shelby did not personally work on my hair or makeup, her professionalism was quiet unsatisfactory. Veritably the passive aggressive remarks towards us, lack of attention to the needs of the bride and bridal party, and doing make up and hair on Katie the owner of Khensley Designs (who is by no means in the bridal party but should be on the clock doing a job she was paid for) all accumulated to a disappointing experience.

Visited the Colored Cactus Happy Lounge! Brittany does a great job and I highly recommend her.

Made an appointment with A girl there for 12 I showed up fifteen minutes early and she still didn’t show up by 12:30 so I went home a hour later after coming home she texted me and asked if I was coming to my appointment how does she expect someone who makes an appointment for twelve to still be waiting for her till almost two
