SOI Brow Threading Salon - Richmond TX

I recently came in the other day to get an eyebrow clean up, usually come every 2 weeks. This time I got a new lady named Amy. Absolutely amazing!! She was so sweet, kind, and super gentle. Though getting my eyebrows threaded sometimes hurts, this time I felt nothing! I recommend going to Amy <3

Regular customer here for eyebrow threading and honestly, after trying many other places in Richmond- they are the best. Amy, in particular is very knowledgeable, so sweet, and has a soft hand which makes all the difference! Highly recommend.

This is based ONLY on my experience to get henna. No one here knows how to do henna. I took my daughter with me too and she’s a 7 year old looking at me like that looks horrible so she only got 1 hand done. I did tell the aunty I don’t like the way this is turing out, can you please draw a straight line. Like it’s a straight line and you can’t draw that? They should not be scamming ppl, be honest and warn people before they start. I paid $15 for one of the ugliest henna I have ever got in my life.

Amy was wonderful! She gave me a tip on helping my eyebrows grow too. This was my first time and I'll definitely be back.

I have always had great service at this place like a 5/5. However, I am not sure what was going on this evening. Went in to thread my brows and upper lip but i end up leaving after my brows were done. After letting my brows over grow, it was done so poorly and the lady kept asking me if I wanted a tint after I have said no multiple times. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied in the service that i will not be returning.
