SOI Brow Threading Salon - Plano

Since I've made this Threading Salon my Number #1 spot to keep my face cleaned up from the extra extra facial hairs that tend to grow just because. I have created a relationship with Vidha, she Only works at this location Thursday's, Saturday's, and Sunday's. I make an exception to coming in and having her clean me up remarkably well every time. I’ve been going to SOI Brows for four years and can always expect consistent, quality brow threading. On this visit, I went to this location and was assisted by Shrada. She was skilled, professional, and pleasantly polite, making sure I was happy with the outcome by checking twice with the mirror to ensure the shape was to my liking. They’re fast, efficient, and polite. I highly recommend them for their quality and great value.

🌟 The best place for brows! 🌟 This SOI Brow location is hands-down the most trusted spot I’ve been to in the Dallas area for eyebrow threading and tinting. Every single brow artist here is skilled, but if you want perfection, ask for Aasa (pronounced Ah-sha)! She’s a true gem—knowledgeable, precise, and always pays attention to every detail to ensure your brows look flawless. Aasa works all day on Wednesdays, and I genuinely can’t recommend her enough. Perfect brows every time💖

Unfortunately this was my second time coming here and it will most likely be my last. My first visit was months ago and you pull up to a salon who’s lights are most likely off with no other car in the parking lost by yours (assuming you set the earliest appointment which is around 10am I believe). So I wait and I wait until well after the opening and then finally I get to be seen. Now don’t get me wrong, the lady who does the eyebrow threading is very sweet and she does a great job. But punctuality is not a thing. The second time I visited, I actually booked an appointment. And again, there I am well after opening time waiting to be see. Only this time was different, now I’m late for work. So I searched the next closest brow threading salon which was right across the street and I left. S

Let me start off by saying I’m a regular at Soi Brow just at a different location. I’ve never had an issue before and my eyebrows are always top tier. Unfortunately today I had a very bad experience. First and foremost she is very rude and disrespectful. I had my 3 month old with me and she was fussy. She proceeds to continuously snap her fingers at my baby like she was a dog for her to be quiet. I had to keep telling her she’s fine and to not snap at her. She then ask “does anybody take care of her at home?” I asked her what do you mean by that and she says like is your husband home and I said no he’s at work. My eyebrows are very thin and I am very unhappy about this. Will never come back to this location again.
