We’ve been going to Rocael for many years — he’s cut my husband’s and children’s hair, and we’ve always appreciated his work. So I was really surprised when, out of the blue, he told us he no longer cuts children’s hair. I respected that and moved on, even though we’ve always been great tippers and loyal clients. However, I recently found out he is still cutting children’s hair, which honestly feels very unprofessional and disappointing. Having worked in the customer service industry ourselves, we understand the importance of honesty and consistency. This situation feels unfair — and frankly, a bit discriminatory. Really distasteful behavior, especially after years of loyalty.

Ahmet is AMAZING! He’s done my hair for as long as I can remember. You’ll walk out looking like a whole new person. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who wants to get their hair done. Also, the atmosphere is very welcoming and if you’re lucky you’ll catch him dancing too.
