Great service!! Another salon ruined my hair and she fixed it perfectly!

Worst service ever. She was super rude eith my kids, my son asked her name and she said go sit and shut up of course I cut her. Nobody deserve her service she is not a professional women. I don’t know why she is still there. I hate it was the worst experience ever. She talked very rude and aggressive to my kids. Idiot. They are only kids🙄🙄🙄🙄

Gloria, the owner is a thief/ladrona. She charges different prices each time you go to her. Gloria thinks that she has a high class salon meanwhile, her decor is ancient, dirty and non appealing. Gloria lacks consistency. She operates based on her moods that day. Oh, she does not take credit card payments nor checks-only cash, I wonder why? Not only she is vulgar to her clients, she mentally abuses her own employees as well. She believes that (we) the clients need her only!! very unprofessional. Gloria, if you want to remain in business remember this line, "The customer is always right"..Oh I forgot to mention that she is rough as a MF. Gloria, expects to charge based on her product-orders, not her service delivery. Gloria, you do not deserve to stay in business!!
