I’m very happy with my visit to Soft Walk! My manicure by Ksenia Volkov was absolutely perfect 💅 Everything was done neatly, cleanly, and very professionally, with great attention to detail. The tools were sterile, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was excellent. My nails look beautiful and well-groomed. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this place!

I booked three hours at Softwalk and made my 50% deposit for a Russian manicure and pedicure. Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I’ve had here and will not be going back because my usual nail tech Mari is at their other location that's too far. The nail tech Ksenia Volkov, did my serice. Once she was done and was preparing to polish my nails, I gave them a look over and saw they still looked like the photos I’ve attached; unevenly filed, cuticles over-cut, rough work around the nail bed, visible dirt under my nails, and she nicked me. Even after I pointed out the issues she attempted to correct my left hand but when I checked her work again it was still horrible and she seemed frustrated so at that point, I asked for another tech; the results were still nowhere near the standard

Makha is truly amazing! She’s incredibly detail-oriented and always makes sure my nails come out perfect. She has also been so patient and gentle with my arm after my surgery, which means a lot to me. I really appreciate her care and professionalism—highly recommend

The Russian technique makes all the difference! The cuticle work was so clean and precise, my nails actually look longer and healthier. The polish was applied perfectly and the finish is glassy and smooth. It’s the most professional manicure I’ve ever had.
