She took the time to listen to my skin concerns and explained everything she was doing throughout the facial, which made me feel really comfortable and confident in her expertise. The facial itself was amazing—my skin felt incredibly clean, refreshed, and glowing afterward. She was very gentle but thorough and made sure I was okay throughout the entire facial.
