Socialite Studio Hair Salon

I made an appointment for today and walked into the salon and was told by the only stylist that was there that my stylist was gone and probably not coming back for the day. While I am appreciative of the nice lady that apologized I am highly upset as I have had this appointment for a few weeks and tomorrow being my birthday and having a party I wanted to have all this done before then. There was no call to reschedule and no text no nothing, and this was my first time going to this salon! If this is how they treat new customers I will not be returning.

Overall Thoughts: My entire family (3 females & 2 males ) trusts the professional stylists of Socialite. While this Salon is tailored to providing cut, color, and styles for the ladies of the area...this is also a great place for men! If you don't have a place you trust...give Socialite a try! 1. Appearance: when you enter the salon the place looks well put together and is organized and clean. 2. Service: as you enter the salon, you are greeted and offered water or coffee...they make you feel at home! 3. This little salon is so cute! It’s a peaceful and pleasant place. I love that I can book online and was able to get an appointment day of. Jacquelyn Dionne cut and curled my long, damaged hair. She’s a great listener and helped me figure out what I wanted to have done. She did outstanding work making my hair healthy and look thicker. She styled it beautifully. I couldn’t be happier.

I've been in Winston for 5 years and hadn't found a good fit and was feeling really discouraged. I called this salon and explained what I was looking for (icy rooted blonde) and my hair type (red undertones, takes a while to process) The receptionist knew Alanna would be able to help and she absolutely did. I'm thrilled with my hair and finally feeling confident about it. I recommend Alanna to anyone who is struggling with brassiness. She will listen to you and take the time to get you where you want to be! I will definitely book with her again. The salon is very clean and everyone was professional.
