I’ve been coming here for tattoo removal and facials, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They take the time to explain everything, answer all my questions, and make sure I’m comfortable during each visit. The tattoo removal process has been going smoothly, and I’ve seen great progress so far. My facials have also been amazing, my skin always feels refreshed, clean, and glowing afterward. You can tell they truly care about their clients and the quality of their work. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for tattoo removal or skincare treatments. Great service, great results, and such a positive environment every time I go in!

I have been going to So Cal Body Institute for tattoo removal and have had a great experience so far. With each session, I have been able to see visible fading of my tattoos, and the results are very apparent over time. Any time I have questions about the treatment or process, Crystal is quick to respond and is extremely helpful. Tanielle is very accommodating when it comes to scheduling or rescheduling appointments, which I really appreciate. The team has a fast response time via email, and whenever I have reached out after treatments with concerns, they have responded promptly and made sure everything was addressed. Overall, I feel confident in both the results I am seeing and the level of customer service they provide. I would absolutely recommend them!

I did NOT have a good experience here! I've had laser tattoo removal on my eyebrows done before, but this was my first time trying this place. The girl that did my laser removal (Crystal) was not friendly and very rude. I've never been to a laser removal place that didn't offer the client an ice pack or a stress ball. They had that cold air blowing machine, but when I asked if they use any sort of numbing prior, she just said no and moved onto the laser removal process. I also think she used too high/strong of a wavelength setting because my eyebrows had a lot of bleeding and even appeared to have burns afterwards! I've had 4 laser removal sessions done BEFORE, at other places, and this has NEVER happened. Usually, my eyebrows would be pink and sensitive for a few hours after the removal s

I've now been here several times and SoCal Body Institute is great. :) It's only my second experience with a laser hair removal place, but it was really nice. The area is a bit sketchy, I won't lie, but the institute is secure, clean, and pleasant. The staff that helped me were welcoming, took time to tell me about everything, and didn't try to upsell me on things; which is something I've experienced elsewhere. They were honest and talked to me a lot about aftercare, and printed off aftercare instructions for me which are very helpful after my first appointment. They even noticed that the name I registered with was different that what I signed the paperwork with and asked me which I preferred! I went to SoCal Body Institute for eyebrow tattoo removal. This was the first time at this facility but the third attempt for me. I had a wonderful experience. All staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and the premise was clean. I hope I get the results I'm looking for.
