I had an absolutely amazing experience at So Good Bridal, and Yamlette was phenomenal! She was incredibly patient, extremely informative, and truly went above and beyond to help me. Her level of care and attention made the entire experience feel special and stress-free. I felt supported every step of the way, and she helped me like none other. I can’t recommend her enough thank you, Yamlette, for such outstanding service!

Got my daughter's prom dress from here last year and again this year. We come here first, go somewhere else, and always end up coming back here🤣🤣🤣 happened both years. The ladies are always so helpful with everything. It's a wonderful experience. You can find your price range in here. As little or as much as you want to spend and yes they order and do alterations. Really a one stop shop if you want. All the accessories from your head to your toes. I'll drop some of the dresses we tried on plus last year's prom dress.

I've been to mostly all beauty supplies business in the Duluth and Lawrenceville area. This establishment especially mistreats their customers. Poor service, plus the product are of low quality and over price. They charge more for known cheap hair. Definitely the worst place to purchase a wig, just wouldn't recommend it for sure. They sneak in extra charges for non purchased products during checkout. And to top it off, it is difficult to shop comfortably and make a decision on items; because they will follow you and stare you down every aisle you may visit to rush your shopping process, serious harassment. Don't waste your time here. The best place in the city area of Duluth hands down is Beauty Masters, it's worth the drive.

Make sure you check your receipt before leaving bc they will overcharge if you’re not aware. I left before checking my receipt and they charged me more than what my press ons cost. The sticker is even labeled on the box and they still charged me more. If I was still in the area I would have said something but a few dollars isn’t even enough to waste my gas on. I did notice that two Korean ladies said something to each other in Korean right after looking at me. Instincts told me it was not something good they said or else they would’ve said so in English. I know this for a fact because I spoke to one before that and she spoke perfect English. Another thing is they also charge a $20 fee just to try on bridal dresses that you may or may not buy. The deposit is non refundable. So you pay $20

I got my Prom dress and alterations here and let me just say Shirley-the woman who did my alterations-was amazing! She literally did everything so perfect and even started helping me pick out my crown and jewelry. She was so helpful and sweet! Wish I knew about this place for homecoming!
