Jillian is the BEST!! I will be recommending her to everyone. Jillian and her assistant, Cassandra, were so kind and helpful throughout the entire process. This was my first time getting filler, and they answered every question I had and made me feel so comfortable. I wanted very natural but fuller lips, and Jillian gave me exactly what I asked for. She was also very involved in the healing process and made sure I was healing properly, which I really appreciated. I was SO nervous to get my lips injected, but from the second I walked into Snatched Aesthetics, I felt completely at ease. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely excited for me, which instantly calmed my nerves. Jillian did an amazing job. She treated me like we had been friends for years, explaining everything, checking in with me, and making sure I felt comfortable the whole time. I never once felt rushed or pressured. I even brought my daughter with me as my emotional support, and they made her feel just as welcome. That meant more to me than they probably realize. I could not be more disappointed in my experience with Snatched Aesthetics. I’m sharing this review because I don’t want anyone else to go through what I’ve experienced. I paid $15 per unit (even as a first time client) for 50 units injected into my forehead and 11 lines. I’ve had both Botox and Dysport before, and 50 units is the maximum I’ve ever done — yet I’ve never seen this bad of results, even when doing far fewer units. My forehead looks like it’s already time to get Botox again even though I JUST got it done, and I honestly feel like I either received fewer units than I paid for or that the product was diluted. My Botox results look so natural but definitely noticeable in the best way possible. I’m obsessed with how refreshed I look! The clinic is clean, and the staff is super friendly.
