Excellent customer service from the moment I stepped inside this establishment. I also enjoyed the fact that there wasn’t a huge selection, I didn’t get overwhelmed trying to figure out what to buy. They have just enough products to get exactly what you need. Some tried and true options with a few brands I’ve never seen but curious to try. Everything was well organized; the store was clean and easy to maneuver around. I will return for my hair care needs. Awesome first impression ❤️

Great customer service! My daughter and I were greeted as soon as we walked in. The owner was very personable and helpful about what we needed to maintain the style we were buying products for.

Kimmie is so awesome! She showed me around her store, helped me pick out the hair I needed, educated mea little bit and made sure I became a repeat customer! Did I mention this was after 9pm, her closing time?! Service like this is no longer the norm but Kimmie has set the bar high! The icing on the cake for me is that Smoking Beauty is BLACK OWNED!
