EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THIS SPA!!! I can't recommend this spa enough. I celebrated my birthday here with 8 of my closest friends last weekend and we all enjoyed our time there so much. From the moment you walk in you are treated as a VIP. The spa is beautifully decorated and super clean. The owner is very nice and professional and so is everyone who works there, they made us all feel so comfortable. Since I was hosting a party we were given a private room and had someone to attend to us the whole time we were there (Norberto was the best). We all decided to get massages so we all had different massage therapist but I can say that they were all very happy and satisfied with their massage. I got Diana and she was so good the massage was one of the best I've had.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this spa. I purchased a gift card for my mother that clearly included 50 units of Botox already paid for. The gift card did not specify a monetary value it specifically stated that 50 units were included as part of the service. However, when my mother went to her appointment, after receiving the treatment they told her she had to pay an additional amount because the price of Botox had increased since the time I purchased the gift card. It would be like buying a plane ticket in advance and then being told at the airport that you have to pay more because the price of the ticket increased after you purchased it. My mother was put in a very uncomfortable situation and had to pay $175 extra, even though the service had already been purchased. T

First of all, when I go into a place and they ask me questions about the issues I'm having, where it hurts, and if I have any medical conditions then I know I'm in good hands. Adriana greeted me and did all of the above. The more questions she asked, the more comfortable I became about where I was at and the treatment to follow. I then met Diana, who was one of the massage therapists. She did a fantastic job and was very professional. I was not there for a relaxing massage but rather a medical massage to help me with the pain in my shoulder, and Diana was the perfect person for the task. After the massage, I went into the jacuzzi for about 20 minutes, then took a shower and prepared to go. Everyone was so professional, polite, and made me feel important!! I highly recommend. My experience with Evelyn was excellent I had a facial done and couldn’t ask for more. I have followed her throughout the years. Over 20 years following her !!!

Update to my initial review - I ended up purchasing the 10 lymphatic massage package after my liposuction surgery. Worth 5 stars - my original massage therapist, Diana, was incredible! Really went above and beyond to get to know me/what I needed, was communicative, professional, and I saw amazing results after each relaxing and thorough session. I’m disappointed she’s no longer working there because I would have bought additional sessions with her. The manager, Alexandra, is very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Room for improvement - the new massage therapist I was assigned to (after being notified Diana no longer worked there) was inconsistently good. She would start 10 minutes late, randomly leave the room mid-session 1-2x while sometimes leaving the door open. Some sessions were goo
