So happy I found Ryan! It’s surprisingly hard to find someone who truly excels at precision cuts, especially for long hair, but Ryan delivers perfectly every time. From my very first appointment, he took the time to understand what I wanted, how I actually style my hair day to day, and my preference for precise, detail-oriented cuts. He explains what he’s doing and why as he works, and shows me how to recreate the look at home. At every visit, he checks in to see what I liked or didn’t like from last time and what I’m looking for now. He’s genuinely kind, easy to talk to, and always remembers details from past conversations—making you feel like you’re his only client. Highly recommend!

My mom has been going to Ryan at The Refinery Salon for over 15 years, and I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about him. He is beyond talented and truly one of the best hairstylists out there. He treats my mom like family, listens to her every single time, and takes such incredible care of her. She absolutely adores him, and her hair always looks amazing. People constantly stop her to compliment her hair. We wouldn’t trust her hair with anyone else. He is simply the best!

Ryan is a master with his scissors and color. He is a true stylist! He listens, offers suggestions and in the end will do what you decide. He explains what he will do and why. He is kind, professional and makes you feel comfortable. I have gone to Ryan for about 15 years give or take. During Covid I went astray for a couple years and have returned to him . . . My only regret is, I should have done it sooner. I get compliments on my hair often when I am out and about often! All the credit goes to Ryan.

I've been seeing Ryan for 17 years and couldn't think of going anywhere else. I consistently get compliments on my hair, and I know it's always going to look good. Aside from being an amazing stylist, he's just a great human being and genuinely cares about all of his clients. He goes out of his way to make you feel special and very well accommodated.
