The dentist Dr Win was professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped ease my nerves. The front office management was incredibly resourceful and helpful. They truly paid attention to my needs and concerns, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the entire process including scheduling and payment options. I want to share a mixed but concerning experience with Smile Studio of Buford. Personally my teeth cleaning was done thoroughly and I've had no reason to complain about the service. However my mom’s experience during the same visit was extremely troubling. She went in for a routine cleaning and was repeatedly pressured into additional procedures she did not request. She was presented with inconsistent treatment invoices totaling several thousand dollars and when she was concerned about affordability she initiated financing immediately. During her appointment procedures were performed largely by hygienists with minimal dentist supervision. I cannot recommend Dr. Workman and her crew enough! I was horrified of the dentist and neglected my teeth for almost 2 decades, and when I came to see Dr. Workman, all of my fears disappeared. She has given me back the smile I lost and I’m no longer ashamed to smile without thinking someone may judge my teeth. If you’re in the same boat I was, please reach out to this team! It was the best decision I’ve made.

I can honestly say when I went into this dentist office, I had some major concerns & fears, along with lots of dental pain. I knew I needed dentures, but I was Extremely nervous to have the procedure however Dr. Workman and her staff were so kinda & helped me overcome these fears. Came here since 2023 and had great services done however trying to book an appointment now is so annoying, you get asked for $10-25 deposit fee online, if you try booking over the phone its $1 to book, if you can't pay at the moment, they harass you with multiple phone calls to pay. Went in for a cleaning but was repeatedly pressured into additional procedures I did not request. I also paid (currently still paying off debt with a loan for Invisalign) asked to have my attachments removed and was told I additionally have to pay $300... mind you I paid full treatment of almost $5,000 this this. for a cleaning its almost 500... insane
