Raven did an absolute WONDERFUL job. I would recommend to book with her because she absolutely knows what she is doing and she was very kind. Asked every step of the process about my opinion. If I go back again, I will definitely be booking online for her and only her. The only reason why I am giving three stars is listed below. There was a woman with medium black hair who works there that I have seen in there before. The last time I went in before this experience I wrote about, she was very rude about a coworker wanting boxes for her moving. This time, she was really loud and yelling at the Alexa. I understand that blow drying is loud, but after the dryer was shut off so the Alexa could hear I really didn’t see the need to still yell loudly and tell her to shut up. It hurt my head and de

They did a fantastic job cutting my autistic sons hair. My 5 year olds hair as well and I had a wash and cut. So fantastic. They were so friendly and efficient. Done within an hour.

I had hair down the middle of my butt and decided to chop it off up to my shoulders. It was slightly impulsive but my mind was made up so I wanted to find somewhere that took walk-ins asap. I tried Smartstyle based on the great reviews I saw but I was nervous. Priscilla was able to take me as soon as I got there. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she got through the cut really quickly. My previous few big chops were always met with immediate regret, but even seeing my hair wet and not styled yet, I was already happy with this cut. Now it is the next day and I have it styled, and I absolutely love it. I don't regret the change at all because she did exactly what I wanted. I was very happy with the price as well and will definitely recommend to others. Thank you, Priscilla!

Raven was amazing in every sense. Informative, patient, thorough, kind, professional and did an incredible job on box color on salon color.

Jordan was great. She asked what style I wanted. I said surprise me. That she did! I am blessed (or cursed) with really thick hair with lots of body to it. I had it down to my shoulders and the weight of it pulled my natural curls out. She trimmed and layered it where my curls were back. The big plus I can now just run my fingers thru it and I am good to go.
