Nail Citi inside Ross entrance

I showed them a friend's set of nails she had done at another salon because I loved them and Tom completely NAILED IT (pun intended)! And even with the detail he did, he did them in an hour! I also want to note I waited till the last minute on getting my Christmas nails done, as soon as I walked in they immediately took me and I didn't wait at all! I was super impressed and will absolutely be going back for Tom! Thank you!!!!!

Would not recommend. I had a regular pedicure and a chrome gel manicure and felt underwhelmed. There are better places in the area that charge the same price and do a better job. The pedicure overall service was okay but the nail polish application was done very sloppily. You can see the streaks and the uneven application. The technique was rudimentary for a salon that specializes in this. The gel manicure was fine, you can still see a bit of chrome around my nails, but not the biggest deal. The shaping felt rushed, and resulted in uneven and crooked squares.

My friend and I went here today. She got a dip manicure, and I got an acrylic fill with gel polish. We each had a different tech, and both of us were equally disappointed. The jobs were rushed, and for no good reason, as they weren't that busy. The nail shaping for both of us was horrendous, and the gel application for myself was terrible, as he didn't even cover the entire surface of some of my nails. I won't be back.

I feel they are very overpriced for the service that you receive. I took my daughter in so we could have manicures and pedicures together and it cost me $180. I got gel polish on my nails and she is only 10 and got regular polish on her nails. Within 2 days my polish peeled completely off so I went back to have them redone. The poor guy that redid them seemed very under trained and did not speak or understand English. I'm greatful they we willing to correct the problem but the 2nd time looks worse than the first.

Terrible. I went 2xs the first time i got a full set. My natural nails were not clipped at all, and my paint chipped on day 6. I was at least going to give them a 2nd chance, so I went back to get them filled with a new color, i went on a sat. Evening and by monday, i had 2 perfect round holes in the nail polish on my thumb nail, and my ring finger, on the other hand, peeled off!! I have a desk job! Literally, all i do is type n write! Getting your nails done anywhere is way too pricey, but this is ridiculous! It was $126 for the full set of acrylics with gel polish and $46 for a fill that didn't even last 2 days! I will never go back, and i recommend that if you value your money, then dont go here. Not to mention, not a single nail tech speaks english, and the cashier is rude and acts lik
